Week One

I can't believe it's already been a week since we have been on the road. It has been a lot of driving, 1608 miles, but it has gone great! Adam is really enjoying himself, he loves playing outside. He has been saying 'buh-bye' and waving when he wants to go outside, usually first thing in the morning. It has been so long since he has been able to play outside,  he is definitely taking advantage of it now.
I am enjoying how this trip is forcing us to be more frugal and more conservative of water and paper goods. I think they are great habits for us and the environment and I hope to continue them once we settle down in one place again. I think it's fun bathing with just a small pot of water and I haven't missed showers, but I'm sure that will get old.
This next week will be much less driving, and lots of sunshine!
