Itinerary

We figured leaving in February would be the best for following warm weather. It would be tricky getting out of New England but hopefully we would hit warmer weather around PA and snow will no longer be an issue. My family has traveled to Florida many times around late February, early March and we always had nice weather. So, the plan is to head south as soon as we see a clearing in the weather. We figure adam will tolerate about 6-8 hours at a time in the vehicle so plan to make our first stop in PA. After that we hope to make it to Savannah, Jekyll Island, Saint Augustine, and Clearwater. We haven't made any lodging plans after that but the rough outline is; through early spring we will spend our time in the South. We expect to be on the West Coast by Spring time, the North-West and Mid-West by summer, and working our way back to the Northeast during late summer, and back in Maine for September.
