Panama City and Dead River Landing

We left our sweet little town today to head for Panama City, FL. On the way we stopped to do laundry at a sketchy little place outside of Panama City. What was nice about it was when your traveling in an RV you can stay in there and get some housework done! So, I got the dishes done and picked up while Gregg patched up the roof and Adam napped. A very productive hour and a half.
Next, we went to Panama City Beach. It was really nice out so we thought it would be nice to take a swim and let Adam run around the beach. It's spring break right now so the beach over the course of the day got busier and busier with college kids. It was pretty and nice but after a few hours we decided to pack up and leave. We were planning on staying at a walmart in Panama for the night but we gained an hour since we got into central time so we used that to drive another hour north to a beautiful place called Dead River Landing located in the Choctawhatchee Water Management Area. It is a free site that has a picnic table, and fire ring. It is right on the river with a boat dock. I thought the river was creepy, I kept thinking an alligator was going to jump up and try to eat us... haha.
We think we have had enough of FL, we have been here for two weeks now. It has been nice but we are ready to move on.
